Dibs of Chitra Amma's Kitchen announced an event called Masterpiece Event for her blog birthday and the event is about art n craft..here comes my entry for her event..

Wat all u need to make this roses is just firm tomatoes n sharp knife..just peel the tomato with sharp knife with much patience n roll them..quite simple na..yea its really very easy n beautiful roses within few minutes...

Cute Flowers With Leftover Chocolate Wrapped Paper

While Xmas, we used to buy many sorts of chocolates for gifts, sometimes chocolate wrapped papers will be very cute n stiff to make some creative work with them, this time i tried flowers with those papers, even a small kid can do this cute flowers...

Just fold the paper as in picture and join two folded papers with a stapler pin in middle..just open the folded paper edges as flower petals n again join them with a stapler pin, thats it...u can decorate greeting cards r also ur poster y not ur photos with this flowers.. Creative na!!!!!!!

Foot Mat With Old Saree

I have seen foot mats with old sarees in a magazine n tried it out at home...its very easy n will take few hours to finish this mat, wat u need to do is just to cut the sarees as long strips, braid them as long thread, fold n turn in circular , stitch the ends of the mat...can use them for bathrooms, also as table mat etc...

I love kolams, can forget my schooling days specially Marghazi masam..we used to put rangoli with colour powder earlier in the morning..but now its kinda hard to put kolams here...its too hard to get kolapodi too..i put kolams with rice flour eventhough its too hard to put...

Yeah i did this cute basket with coca can...

Just discard the top of the can...cut it into thick strips...fold them as shown in picture... arrange the aritifical flowers to them... Voila!!!! cute flower basket is ready...

Here comes quick n easy creative work...i did with coca can, just discard the top n cut the can into thick strips, just rolled twice n press with ur fingers...now can serve them as per our wish...i transfered it as swamy stand...can also serve them as candle stand...

Young gal kids will love fantasy jewels...Fimo, its a type of clay very easy to manipulate to any shapes, have to be baked in oven for less than 30 minutes at 230°F...after baking,cant be broken,colours will stay long, very colourful, can make urself jewels for our dress colours, can bring out our artistic thoughts. I learned this from one of my French friend..would like to share with u all. This clay wasnt much costly its just 1.95 euros here..can find it out in leisure shops...
